COMMENT: Large images/scans  are shown in forced table 100% size because of  an IE 6.0 compatibility
                    issue:  It does not show larger images alone at 100% size, and this makes the text degraded.
                    None of the other browsers has this problem. Opera 5.12 has a similar dynamic resizing of
                    the viewable screen from 100%, but not as a default . It still keeps the text readable down to 70%.
                    Thanks a lot, Bill, for providing no way to turn this 'feature' off.
