Sarah announces the "Glory Auction" On Leno Show 11/05/01

Delightful Sarah Michelle Gellar was fun and natural on Leno
last night (11/5/01). Freddie was there in the dark with
no mike. They make a cute couple.

She said they were engaged, but no ring and no wedding date yet.

She had a NY Yankees cap and there was a bit of byplay between her
and the last game winning pitcher for the Diamondbacks. He gave her a
cap also.

We taped this and did a few quickie screen captures. Maybe we'll add some
to the site later when we finally get around to populating the Buffy gallery.

"GLORY AUCTION"

For the first time since 5/22/01, the word "Glory" passed Sarah's lips.
She announced the upcoming "Glory Auction" for Sept. 11 funds.

She said that it started out as a small thing (probably with the Prada &
other outfits/accessories Glory/Clare Kramer wore) and has grown as
other celebrities have donated gowns and dresses.

BUFFY MUSICAL

Sarah said that they were shooting 4 other episodes at the same time.
It was hard work and exhausting: 'I'm no singer...I never want to do this again!'

SCOOBY MOVIE

She & Freddie spent 3 weeks on an Australian island with no electricity,
eating Spam for breakfast, lunch and supper, while making the movie.

All in all, if you never knew about Buffy, watching Sarah would make you want to
see her more.

Excellent and enjoyable.
Let's see the musical tonight.
 

BUFFY-ROSWELL LONG RUNNING

(as UPN reported earlier)

The local (CST) newspaper guide shows Buffy as 1:10 long,
Roswell starting at 8:10 and a Voyager rerun starting late at 9:05.
